DATA It is with great pleasure that I present to you the Annual Report of the Municipal Authority of Westmoreland County for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2005. I am pleased to present these financial statements, which portray continued growth and financial stability, and I am proud to report that as of March 31, 2005, our customer base has exceeded 115,000 accounts. The accompanying report reflect the financial aspects of the Authority's operation throughout the preceding year.
