WATER
QUALITY A 1996 amendment to the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974 requires water suppliers to provide customers with drinking water quality reports known as Consumer Confidence Reports. The reports will provide customers with a snapshot of their daily drinking water, a summary of the sources susceptibility to contamination, and the level of any contaminants found. MAWC will compile the reports internally and forward the information to our customers through the mail and via this web site. |
