      Name: Avonmore Borough STP. This existing facility is located in Avonmore Borough, Westmoreland County.
      Description of Existing Activity: The application is for a renewal of an NP DES permit for an existing discharge of treated Sewage.
      The receiving stream(s), Kiskiminetas River (WWF), is located in State Water Plan watershed 18-B and Is classified for Warm
      Water Fishes, aquatic life, water supply and recreation. The discharge is not expected to affect public water supplies.
      The proposed effluent limits for Outfall 001 are based on a design flow of 0.19 MGD. The Ch. 94 hydraulic capacity is 0.257
      mgd beginning Nov 1, 2020.
