      Description of Existing Activity: The application is for a renewal of an NPDES permit for an existing discharge of treated Sewage.
      The receiving stream, Mill Creek (CWF), is located in State Water Plan watershed 18-C and is classified for Cold Water Fishes, aquatic life, water supply and recreation. The discharge is not expected to affect public water supplies. The proposed effluent limits for Outfall 001 are based on a design flow of 0.9 MGD.
