    • A water main leak causing flooding/damage or icy conditions in the winter.
    • A service line leak outside of the home causing flooding/damage or icy conditions in the winter.
    • A leak inside the home causing flooding/damage and the inside valve is inoperable.

    What is a typical wastewater emergency?

    • A basement back up of wastewater.
    • A manhole or clean out that is overflowing.

      Dye Test Guidelines

      MAWC tests properties within the following municipalities: White Oak (Allegheny County), Avonmore Borough, Ligonier Borough, City of Jeannette, Youngwood Borough, Hempfield Township and I-70 Industrial Park. If your municipality is not listed, we cannot perform a dye test.

      Entry into the structure is required in Hempfield, but is not required in other areas. All external drains on the property will be tested.

      To request a dye test, complete this form. Mail the completed form and a payment of $170.00 to MAWC, PO Box 730, Greensburg, PA15601.
