Customer Portal

Click on "Pay Now" on the upper right to make payments to your account and access information about usage, and update your emergency contact information. Within the portal, you can set up automatic payments, go paperless, make one-time electronic payments, link multiple accounts and more. Note: payment via credit or debit card will incur a convenience fee of $3.75. The fee is currently waived as part of the COVID-19 emergency. Payments via bank account are free.

In-person payments are currently not accepted due to COVID-19 restrictions. 

Drive Through Window

MAWC's Drive Through Window is open from 8:15 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Drop Box

The Drop Box is located to the left of the Drive-Through and is available 24/7. Just deposit your payment in the box. They are picked up daily.

Agencies

MAWC has agreements with business in the surrounding neighborhoods that will collect payments on MAWC's behalf. Click on the link for those Agencies.  **NOTE: If your account is past due or you have a payment arrangement, DO NOT make your payment at an agency.  These payments are not received in our office the same day the payment is made.
